đź’Ş The Hairy Chin Is Back!

A bigger mission, a new podcast season and more bold conversation about women’s health and wellness 🩷

Well hello again!

The Hairy Chin is back this week with a fresh look, a reimagined format, a team (to be introduced shortly) and an even stronger mission!

We are doubling down on what really matters for female health and wellness, teaching women the skill they most deserve: self-advocacy.

Through education, advocacy and community, we are giving women the space to understand their bodies, trust their instincts and make unapologetic choices for their individual health and well-being.

We’ve had “a little work done” this summer, let’s take a peek to see what will be coming your way from The Hairy Chin!

The Hairy Chin Podcast is back with a bang and a special two episode release!

Season Two is here, and we’re starting with a conversation that sits at the heart of self-advocacy.

In our first episode back, Spencer Moore sits down with Australian-based Cathy Williams, acclaimed author of Body Wisdom and founder of The Intuitive Self, to explore why connecting to your intuition isn’t just “woo-woo,” it’s a powerful tool for navigating your health, relationships, and life. Together, they unpack how shame, societal expectations, and self-doubt can disconnect you from that inner voice, and what to do about it.

We’re also releasing a bonus episode with Cathy, Three Ways to Meet Your Intuition. In this special session, Cathy leads you through a guided meditation, a creative art practice, and a reflective writing exercise - three powerful tools to help you connect more deeply with your body, your voice, and yourself.

These honest, vulnerable and deeply practical episodes are designed to help you strengthen the most essential skill you’ll ever build: self-advocacy.

🎙️ Catch the episodes today, Tuesday, September 29th at 8 AM EST, on all major podcast platforms - click here to listen now! 🎧

We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes this summer building tools, resources, and support to help you strengthen your self-advocacy muscle.

Soon, we’ll be launching The Double Chin, a new extension of The Hairy Chin built to help you go deeper on your journey. Because sometimes, one chin just isn’t enough!

We’re also excited to announce the upcoming release of The Hairy Chin Courses, step-by-step guides that empower you to advocate for yourself and define health and wellness on your own terms.

Everything we’re creating is rooted in the same mission: to give women the knowledge, language, and tools to navigate their individuals journeys with power and purpose.

Stay tuned in this newsletter for the latest updates, announcements, and first looks at what’s coming and when.

You can find more encouragement, information and community across our social media platforms - Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - and on our newly revamped website, www.thehairychin.com

We’re thrilled to be back in your inbox, sharing conversations, tools, and resources to help you trust your body, use your voice, and advocate for yourself with confidence.

If this summer has taught us anything, it’s that life really does takes a village. We’re so happy to be back here with you in this one!
